Useful learning. Clear expectations.
Level Up by Eftsona provides digital self-paced learning products. Each includes the sessions listed on its page, a US Letter PDF with practice space, a plain-text edition and a ZIP. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes appear at checkout. Physical items and external software subscriptions are not included.
The license covers your personal learning and reprinting. Resale, redistribution and shared commercial or classroom delivery are excluded. Contact support@eftsona.com for wider use.
The app supplies paid course sessions and optional local progress storage. Progress does not sync between devices; use Export/Import practice record. Courses and purchase access require internet. You can use downloaded course files offline.
Completion certificates are available only for capstones after self-reported exercise completion and portfolio review. They are not accredited qualifications or independent assessments. Courses do not promise employment, clinical benefits or a guaranteed outcome. Understand Yourself is reflective learning, not diagnosis or therapy.
